Lava K. Yalamarthi

Lava holds a masters degree in Civil Engineering from Lakehead University, Ontario, and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering, SRM University, Chennai, India. Lava has worked on multiple projects including Commercial Retail, High Rise condominium projects as a site engineer prior to joining Excelsior Group. Lava is a self-driven, skilled, and highly motivated individual who has a strong eye for identifying and resolving problems with viable solutions. Lava’s job responsibility includes providing on-site coordination for all phases of Excelsior’s construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. He is also responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.
