Sherif Zakher, PMP
Director Development
Sherif is responsible for managing the planning and the execution of all Excelsior’s residential and mixed-use developments from the initial concept to final entitlement approval, including official plan and zoning amendments, site plan approvals and obtaining building permits.
He manages the approved project plans through the coordination of, and teaming with consultants, development associates and financial analysts.
With over 20 years of experience in architectural design, real estate development and construction project management, Sherif brings a wealth of knowledge to all aspects of development; strategic land use planning, mitigation of potential challenges in project design and monitoring construction operations.
His ultimate objective is to capitalize on real estate development income and fulfill all stakeholders’ requirements to ensure the company success and client satisfaction.
Sherif holds an architecture Bachelor’s degree and is a member of the Ontario Association of Architects as an Intern Architect. He is a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a Certified Cost Professional (CCP) from AACE International’s.”
