Located on the northwest corner of Woodbine Avenue & Dovedale Drive, Keswick (Georgina), Ontario. It is a 20,000 sq. ft. commercial retail space anchored by drive-through KFC, BoosterJuice, Symposium Cafe’, Pizza Nova, Drugsmart, Pharmacy & others. Built-in 2017 this development is shadowed by Smart Centre and surrounded by a high-density neighborhood and adjacent to Fairwood Public School and Keswick High School. A 550 acres of the land east side of Woodbine avenue & subject property at the terminus of the Highway 404 extension has been designated for the development of employment-generating land uses that will provide more than 8,000 jobs in the near future.

Keswick is the largest urban community within the Town of Georgina with a number of shopping areas and attractions along the lakeshore of Lake Simcoe. Keswick has the largest population concentration in the Town of Georgina. The cost of living in Georgina is substantially lower compared to other communities within York Region and the GTA.
