Located on the Southeast corner of Townline Road & Bloor Street in Courtice (Clarington), Ontario. Clarington is the home to Ontario Power Generation’s Darlington Nuclear station providing approximately 20% of Ontario’s current electricity demand. With easy access to Highway 401, Highway 35/115 and the current extension of Highway 407, Clarington is well connected to both the Greater Toronto Area and eastern Ontario.

Lately Metrolinx Board of Directors endorsed the updated business case for the GO Train extension, choosing Option 2, the route north of Highway 401. Clarington will see two-way, all-day train service with two new stations in Courtice and Bowmanville.
Several Factors contributing to additional housing growth in Clarington including:
